I’m an accredited ICF coach, as well as an Industrial Engineer and a Master of Science in Marketing. With more than 14 years of experience working in tech companies like IBM, Oracle, Red Hat, and Airbnb, I also do sales mentorship that includes ethical negotiation, consultative sales, and conscious business practices in sales. 

My experience lies mainly in working with top performers, first-time managers, and high-level executives. 

Born and raised in Colombia, I decided to travel around the world in 2014, visiting 23 countries and 45 cities before finally making the decision to live in Montreal, Canada.
