I don’t want to teach you to be someone else, I want to help you remember who you already are.

Sami Ramírez
Facilitator of human processes, Executive Coach, TEDx Speaker and Author.
I create transformational spaces for brilliant people who have done everything “right” yet feel disconnected. For leaders and teams who want to reconnect with their mission and get results without leaving their humanity at the door.
For many years, I followed what was supposed to be the “right path”:
I studied engineering, worked in big companies, traveled the world, hit my goals, checked every box.
And still, something inside me whispered: What if there’s something more?
At thirty, I started asking myself uncomfortable questions:
Is this truly what I want? Am I being myself, or am I following a script I never wrote?
That search led me to an essential truth:
Purpose isn’t a title or an achievement.
Purpose is what we create when we use our strengths with presence, in alignment to our values, every single day.

“What holds us back and how to break free”
What do I do today?
I support people who shine—leaders, creatives, high performers—who are tired of carrying everything on their own.
I design and facilitate experiences that aren’t just understood with the mind, but also felt in the body and integrated at the level of the soul.
I create spaces where teams can show up authentically, recognize their strengths, and navigate their emotions with intelligence. As a result, they grow in confidence, deepen collaboration, and reduce the risk of stress and burnout.
How do I support you?
- Through emotional intelligence tools
- With storytelling and deep, attentive listening
- Through guided meditations and grounding practices
- With individual and group coaching
- Through strengths, purpose, and self-reflection exercises
I blend intuitive practices with evidence-based frameworks—such as the Kegan Immunity-to-Change Matrix and modern coaching methodologies—to support deep, sustainable transformation.
I do not believe that purpose is a “final destination” nor something heroic.
I believe it is like a puzzle: we put it together little by little, with attention, with presence, with curiosity.
Purpose is lived in the everyday: in your small decisions, in how you use your natural gifts to be at the service of the world, without ceasing to be at the service of yourself.
Real stories of transformation
Brianne came looking for support to make decisions about her career… but the process was much deeper. In six months of sessions, she discovered parts of herself that she didn’t know needed to be seen. What began as executive coaching turned into a journey toward self-acceptance, emotional clarity, and a new way of inhabiting her leadership with presence.
During the process with me, Marie achieved something she had been wanting for a long time: to trust her voice, her power, and her unique way of seeing the world. The sessions gave her the space to explore important decisions, free herself from self-demands, and move forward with determination. Today she moves with more clarity and authenticity in her life and her work.
Penny, a leader with high responsibility, found in me a different coach. Our approach combined structure, intuition, and empathy in an impeccable way. Thanks to that support, Penny gained professional clarity and was able to connect with her purpose and make important decisions from trust and calm. Each session was, in her words, “a boost toward a more aligned version of myself.”
Hina came to the process carrying the weight of past stories that were holding her back. Through sensitive and deep support, she found language, clarity, and the internal permission to move forward. The impact was so significant that she decided to print and archive each session as a map to remember who she is. Coaching with Sami was, in her words, “life and renewed energy.”
What those who have worked with me as
Coach and Facilitator say
“You truly are such a talented facilitator, and you navigated it so beautifully by being both a learner with us, recognizing our expertise and skills as therapists, and at the same time being a teacher for us… stepping in to help us grow and learn. It is not an easy line to walk, and you did it with such skill and grace.
You are a lovely and genuine person, and I also enjoyed your joy, gentleness, and also frankness during our sessions together.
You are REALLY good at what you do, and for me it is important to share this and express my gratitude. I hope our paths cross again sometime!”
Nancy Schornack
“Sami has been one of the best coaches I have had the pleasure of working with.
She has the ability to use data, processes, and deep intuition, all combined, to provide excellent direction and perspective.
She is truly empathetic and authentic, giving her clients the impression that their goals and challenges are the only thing that matters in the world during the time they spend in sessions.
I always left our sessions with a higher vibe.”
